A category is a kind of check-in point: Events, Hangouts, Meetings. Not every club has hangouts, so you choose the kinds you need and name them yourself. A club that only runs events uses one.

No. Every package includes unlimited members and check-ins.
Monthly billing starts when your tags go live. The one-time setup fee is due when we ship them.
Yes. Plans are month to month: switch packages anytime and the new price starts with your next bill. Cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. The setup fee isn't refundable once your tags have shipped.
We program and ship extra tags at cost. Like your first set, they're yours to keep.
